Seven Seas Trying for a Baby provides an adequate intake of 400 μg of folate, provided by Folic Acid and L-methylfolate, in line with the recommended amount by the UK Department of Health when trying for a baby.

How to Use :

Pack contains 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply). Take 1 tablet daily with water during a meal. Ideally, begin taking at least 1 month before trying to conceive or whenever there's a chance you might get pregnant.

Store in a cool, dry place, below 25°C.
