Seven Seas Trying for a Baby provides an adequate intake of 400 μg of folate, provided by Folic Acid and L-methylfolate, in line with the recommended amount by the UK Department of Health when trying for a baby. 1-Zinc supports normal fertility and normal reproduction. 2-Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue 3-Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin 4-Zinc and Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

How To Use: Pack contains 28 tablets (4 weeks' supply). Take 1 tablet daily with water during a meal. Ideally, begin taking at least 1 month before trying to conceive or whenever there's a chance you might get pregnant.
