"HydraMed Night is a lubricating ointment ideal for use at night to help relieve the symptoms of dry eyes.

HydraMed Night combines liquid paraffin, white soft paraffin and lanoline with vitamin A, chamomile and calendula for enhanced comfort and the thicker nature of the product means that it can often protect the eye throughout the whole night.

Vitamin A is part of the natural tear film and as such is very well tolerated as a lubricant. Vitamin A is required for the normal growth, maintenance and maturation of corneal cells and is therefore effective as a treatment when applied topically.
