Fortini Creamy Fruit is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for use under medical supervision. Fortini Creamy Fruit is a 1.5kcal/g, ready to eat, fruit flavoured, dessert style oral nutritional supplement with fibre, for the dietary management of disease related malnutrition and growth failure in children from one year of age (>8kg in body weight). Fortini Creamy Fruit can be used to supplement the diet of children who are unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods or it is suitable as a sole source of nutrition for children aged 1-12 years or 8-45kg in body weight (see precautions).

How to Use :

Fortini Creamy Fruit is ready to eat and is best served chilled. Fortini Creamy Fruit may be eaten directly from the pot. It may be frozen or gently warmed (not boiled).

Storage :

Store in a dry, cool place (5-25°C). Once opened, store in a refrigerator and discard unused contents after a maximum of 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter.

Precautions :

 Due to the fibre content, intakes greater than 6 pots per day should be used with caution. Not suitable for infants under 1 year of age. Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia, or patients requiring a fibre free diet.

Ingredients :
