Raising your knees above your hips and giving yourself plenty of time to use the toilet can also help. Increasing your activity levels such as going for a walk or run each day can also help you poo more regularly

How To Use: The correct individual dose is the smallest required to produce a comfortable soft-formed motion. Children over 12 years: Swallow one tablet at bedtime when required. Adults and the elderly: Swallow one to two tablets at night. New users should start with the lowest dose and increase it to the maximum dose if necessary. Once regularity has been regained dosage should be reduced and can usually be stopped. If no bowel action has occurred after three days of progressively increased dosage, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. Duration of use Normally it is sufficient to take this medicinal product up to two to three times a week. Not to be used for more than one week. If the symptoms persist or worsen during the use of the medicinal product, a doctor should be consulted.
