How To Use: Internal Twist the Soft Gel Pessary firmly into the applicator, insert the soft gel pessary as high as possible into vagina before going to sleep at night. Step 2. External The cream should be thinly and evenly applied to the area around the entrance of the vagina 2 or 3 times a day and smoothed in gently.
